The portfolio I manage includes Sales Managers, Account Managers, Business Developers, Territory Managers, Channel Managers, Sales Engineers, Sales Representatives and Lead Generators. Within DSO I look after Industry Leaders, Industry Heads, Industry Managers, Account Managers, Account Strategists and Industry Analysts.

Oakleaf Partnership is a boutique HR search and selection business based in London. I specialised in human resources placements for temporary, contract and permanent staff into the financial services sector (specifically investment banking, insurance, rating agencies and asset management firms).

Madison Recruitment is New Zealand's best recruitment agency and is highly regarded by candidates, clients and their competitors. My role was to offer end to end (including unbundled) permanent & temporary staffing solutions for volume recruitment campaigns and specialist roles within the telecommunications, banking, insurance, technology and finance sectors.

ASB Bank is a subsidiary company of the Commonwealth Bank of Australia. I looked after the retail banking portfolio running volume recruitment campaigns across the branch banking network. I also completed resourcing activities for specialist roles within insurance and investments on an ad hoc basis. This position was the result of a successfully completed HR internship within shared services (covering the full HR lifecycle) following University studies.
