i3A Technologies offers a proprietary software solution for the early detection and diagnosis of arthritis, osteoarthritis and osteoporosis. i3A applies novel algorithms to establish a relationship between the bone micro architecture, the joint space width and a possible disease indication. Addressing existing challenges, i3A allows for the first time to efficiently and effectively investigate the condition and the quality (as oppose to solely the quantity) of the bone micro architecture.

Managing projects and marketing strategies with international partners and distributors to grow existing markets and access potential new ones. Special focus is given to China and southeast Asian countries.

Primarily focus on new product releases, engineering changes and quality management issues within the Hologic Skeletal Health Division. Defined stay within each product group to understand the product and its functionality. Working in interdisciplinary teams to implement Six Sigma projects and new products into the existing organization.
