Solution architect to the oil and gas transmission pipeline industry. My role was to examine how the operators were managing risk on the pipeline systems, compare this to how they should be and design software architectures to support the ideal.

A pre-sales role focussed on telecommunications. Responsibilities included: Telecommunication and utility network inventory product demonstrations and business process simulations. Supervision of proofs of concept and pilots. Responsibility for the technical component of bid responses. Prototyping of applications for prospective customers. Requirements and market intelligence gathering. Product usability recommendations. Management of the group’s knowledge base.
