Program Manager within restructuring program to cut 100m cost over the term of two years. Project Lead, responsible for the carve out of business units and esablishment of an holding organization at the headquarter.

Goal is to trustfully support the divisions management to control the business activities by providing profound business analysis of financial figures and a management reporting which sets the focus into the future. Entrepreneural thinking from the owners perspective is exciting everyday. Since mid of 2013 I am also responsible for the yearly preparation of a multi-annual financial plan for the division in close collaboration with the divisional management and the strategy department.

Tax: Preparing small businesses annual accounts (HGB) and german tax declarations. Preparing individuals german income tax declarations. Audit: Assisting an annual audit.
