In my role as Talent Acquisition Specialist, I am responsible for growing the Management Events brand first and foremost by setting up strategic co-operations with universities in the Dutch, German, and Swedish market. Next to that I also look for talent in the Dutch market for our Project Coordinator and Sales Manager roles.

España Incoming & Incentives is a destination management company located in Barcelona, Malaga, and Madrid, Spain. They provide design, planning, and implementation of events focused on the MICE sector. España Incoming are known for their excellent client relations, highly customizable events, and in-depth expertise of all that Spain has to offer. I learnt to independently manage the complete process from conception to implementation for smaller projects (budget €500-€25.000) in Barcelona.

Cosmo Entertainment is a company that provides complete entertainment packages for hotels and campsites across Europe including people, programs, and evening performances. In my position as Entertainment Manager I was responsible for the planning, organization, and coordination of multiple teams (10-25 people per team), implementing programs and evening performances for several hotels (max. capacity approx. 2000-3000 guests) on the Balearic Islands (Mallorca, Ibiza).
