Strategic Sourcing of pharmaceutical formulations and its various dosage forms by in-licensing or developing drug products with selected contract manufacturing organizations. Establishing category strategies for subcategories, e.g. stand-alone dosage forms.

I am leading and driving sourcing projects in our process development area for API`s/NCEs, in particular their key chemical intermediates, making sure that the right supply strategies are in place to secure sustainably our demand. Beside this I am leading several projects on optimization and harmonization of internal sourcing processes. Furthermore I am part of international projects pursuing standardization and organizational change across all relevant sourcing categories.

Responsible globally for Sourcing Chemical Intermediates supporting Chemical Development. Alignment of local processes to global strategiy.
