1. Macular optical coherence tomography angiography image acquisition using PLEX Elite. 2. Calculated vessel density and vessel skeleton density with manual and automated thresholding algorithms using ImageJ. 3. Analyzed different parameters in healthy vs. macular pathology data using SPSS and visualized it using R. 4. Searched at PubMed and in scholarly databases to locate necessary information for the research project. 5. Managed and evaluated diagnostic images using HEYEX.
