Ausserdem freue ich mich darauf, meine Deutsche sprache zu verbessern.

Handled the shared services of British telecom UK employees via utilising case management tools (Oracle HRHD, Fusion etc) Responsible for carrying out the HR transactional work. Collaborated with cross functional teams (partnering with internal SMEs) to complete the transactional work within the given Service level agreement. Identified the bottle necks to improve employee experience by understanding the delivery process.

Designed total rewards and benefits structure via Industry mapping for Bytedance India. Administered bi- month spot bonus award for outstanding performers. Framed bi-monthly newsletters. Maintained and supported HR databases. For eg: monetization, New joiner training, Buddy mapping and asset details.

Administered on-boarding, orientation, structuring payroll and its inputs and documentation related responsibilities for new joiners. Coordinated entire off-boarding process along with their exit interviews, surveys. Updated company’s presentations as per changes in the policies for induction and campus recruitment purpose. Monitored and managed HR management system workflow via regularizing trackers like hiring, employee grievance, payroll, attendance/ leave, Provident fund, HR employee master data etc.
