Lead hiring initiatives not only for Graphisoft but also in support of our global sister brands within the Nemetschek Group. I currently recruit for a range of roles across Europe, collaborating with local teams to identify and attract top talent in AEC tech & SaaS.

- End-to-end recruitment for blue and white-collar roles across Europe with a focus on the DACH region - Handling fast-paced, high-volume recruitment but also niche searches with active sourcing (lab technicians, lab analysts, logistics, warehouse, supply chain, HR, sales, customer service, EHS) - Partner with HRBPs and Hiring Managers to increase candidate and hiring team satisfaction (mainly by setting up structured processes, regular meetings, and continuous updates) - Handle offer negotiation processes

- Promoted to become one of the first E2E recruiters in the Budapest Sourcing Hub. - Managed the end-to-end recruitment of internal and external talent for complex, challenging positions in engineering, IT, sales, marketing and finance - Posted jobs, conducted kick-off calls to gather requirements, and aligned on appropriate recruitment strategy and candidate experience standards with Hiring and TA Teams. Acted as a talent advisor throughout the process and calibrated profiles and process steps as necessary

- Acted as an end-to-end Talent Acquisition Specialist with both Recruiter and Sourcer responsibilities for mid-to senior level management roles - Successfully hired for very niche roles for a newly established team within supply chain sustainability (up to 12 requisitions at a time) while respecting diversity KPIs - ATS: Avature - Client industry: FMCG (Italy, Switzerland)

EU H2020 project management assistance in the fields of energy efficiency, circular economy, behavioural change and sustainability. I had the honour of spending an exchange year at this prestigious German university thanks to the scholarship I have been awarded by Rotary.
