I report to the EIMEA Financial Planning and Analysis and work closely with the EIMEA Finance Director and other Senior Leadership, with focus on Conversion Costs and Restructuring.

I report to the EIMEA Financial Planning and Analysis and work closely with the EIMEA Finance Director and other Senior Leadership, with focus on SG&A and Restructuring.

I first reported to the Accounting & Reporting Manager and after to the EIMEA Financial Planning and Analysis Manager. I was responsible for the Program cost tracking, accounting and corresponding cost control. This was a multi-year Program of 95 million EUR. Key elements of the role included: 1) Definition, measurement, reporting and controlling of Transformation Program costs in total and by stream 2) Defining and managing EIMEA Transformation Accounting and Reporting policies and processes

Reporting to the Accounting & Reporting Manager I ensured that Financial & Statutory Statements of the company’s managed (Sweden, Spain, Netherlands, UK) were correctly prepared for Statutory, USGAAP and Tax Guidelines.

Principal Duties and Responsabilities: TEAM LEADER, IMPLEMENTATION Central Purchasing Inventory Company MODEL, USGAAP Accounting and Reporting, LOCAL GAAP Accounting and Reporting, SOX COMPLIANCE, OTHERS: - Identification of waste and process improvement. increase time spent on added-value tasks. - Work closely with other Finance departments, as well as with other Functional Areas. - Cooperation and support in audit activities (External/Internal).
