Negotiated and contracted transformation of the global hybrid WAN (MPLS/Internet) to SDWAN technology with > 35% reduction in TCO. IT program procurement lead in major IT outsourcing program to 1 integrator. Renegotiated key agreements for hosting and WAN/LAN to fit in new supplier ecosystem and reduce TCO. IT contract due diligence on category in dsm-firmenich merger.

Program management to separate over 400 IT related, service and application contracts in the IT carve-out of Nouryon from AkzoNobel. I was personally responsible for the negotiations and contracting of key service and application contracts. Vendor and Contract Management role in the IM Services organization responsible for setting up the C&VM function and supplier governance structure and process in the newly formed IM Services organization.
