Manually testing software for defects. It requires me to play the role of an end user, and use most of all features of the application to ensure correct behavior. To ensure completeness of testing, I often follow a written test plan that leads me through a set of important test cases.

Investigate and review the utilization of personnel, facilities, equipment and materials, current operational processes and established practices, to recommend improvement in the efficiency of operations in a variety of industrial and production environments.
