Led project management for Manufacturing Assembly for Caterpillar US clients, implementing line balancing with Heijunka and reducing cycle time for bottleneck processes using Maynard Operating Sequence Technique (MOST). Conducted Gantt time studies to optimize workflows and executed continuous improvement processes. Implemented standard work practices for the assembly process to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Developed a graphical sequence of events (process flow) for the assembly of 700L and 750L Crawler Dozers while deputed at John Deere TCI India. Created MBOM and conducted Make vs Buy analyses for new product implementation (NPI). Performed virtual assembly and tool validations from a manufacturing perspective. Published key performance indicators (KPIs) and presented persistent issues, root causes (RCA), and risk management strategies.

Revamped the Bill of Materials (BOM) to minimize CPS (Caterpillar Production System) wastes using Lean Six Sigma principles while deputed at Caterpillar India. Utilized virtual validation to present H2k and non-H2k parts, enhancing material flow efficiency. Optimized layout to improve material flow and productivity. Validated torque tools and conducted audits to ensure accuracy.
