"Make it as simple as possible but not simpler. " Is a credo I am living by. I am a curious and easily fascinated person. I work better in teams than alone, since teams not only enrich my thought processes but help me to keep on track. I value a culture of honesty, trust and fairness for people but being hard with the topic. My firm belief is that everyone can perform at least ok if the circumstances are all right. I respect my peers and try to make sure that everyone including me is doing the tasks they are either good at or want to become good at. I have a creative mind and while I can find surprising metaphors and apply solutions from other fields with ease, my main focus is on reducing complexity whenever feasible. I love the scientific method for testing, measurements and Analysis. I try not to be that nerdy in my free time but still love writing glsl shaders or helping with art projects which need visuals or sensors. :)
