Building service line for “Compliance Cost Efficiency” and performing investigations on the following matters: - Investigations on corruption, fraud and insider cases - AML Compliance Review - Large „Know Your Customer“ (KYC) review projects for high risk clients in the financial services sector

Support the efforts of Alstom Group to integrate Ethics & Compliance, including the following: - Being the informal leader of the Swiss Ambassadors - Initiate meetings and workshops together with Country President to increase the awareness of Alstom Management

Establish and lead global Ethics & Compliance function in Supply Chain at Power Sector including the following deliverables: - Development & Implementation of the Compliance Framework and its Fraud Risk Methodology - E-learning & classroom training - Global coordination & execution of Compliance Audits - Perform effective global Compliance communication program - Link the Internal Control and Corporate Internal Audit activities on Supply Chain

Support the development of a harmonized Supply Chain Process Landscape including the following: - Conduct improvement projects and support others to apply Six Sigma methodology - In-house consulting - Defining directives and procedures - Deploy methods & tools within the supply chain such as the common tool for non-conformance reporting globally

Leading sourcing projects including the following tasks: - Purchasing of goods & services - Negotiation of contracts - Definition of sourcing strategies and its execution - Leading sourcing projects (focus on LCC suppliers) - Process improvements by Six Sigma projects
