Leading the Asia-Pacific corporate materials management services organization. Responsible for data and process management, systems, eCommunication and know how management (incl. trainings). Regional roll out of tools/systems/KPIs according to ZF Group standards. Project management of digitalization projects ZF Group wide.

Leading the Asia-Pacific corporate SCM organization. Responsible for supply chain design, inventory optimization, freight management and customs management. Supporting plants in the region in terms of SCM performance improvements (e.g. inventory turn rate optimization, freight cost reduction, on-time delivery, etc.). Risk management at time of supply chain impacts (e.g. natural disasters). Leading the regional “SCM Committee Asia-Pacific”.

Regional representative of the business unit Special Driveline Technologies in China. Responsible for sales, application engineering, technical support and project management for the product lines rail drive systems and industrial drives. Contributing to the definition and implementation of the regional business unit strategy, budget planning (incl. profit & loss responsibility). Core tasks include business initiatives for the product lines, regional performance review, market and customer intelligence.

World wide coordination of the ZF Production System (based on Lean Management) and Projects in the Industrial Technology Division for 6 Business Units with 18 units in USA, Brazil, China, India, Germany, Austria, Italy, Czech Republik and Belgium. Execution of trainings, workshops, lean assesments, definition of methods and standards for ZF Group regarding Lean Management.

General Manager & Plant manager (Operation Chakan) for Off-Road Driveline Technology and Axles Systems. Main tasks are the implementation of a new assembly line for transmissions, the optimization of the plant layout including a global logistics and supply concept as well as implementation of a new axle assembly.

Responsible for the set up of a international acting sourcing team in Shanghai including team training and development. Execution of localisation and export projects in China and for plants within ZF off high way business unit world wide. Local sourcing of parts as well as international purchasing activity in respect to quality, price and logistic targets

Purchaser for components like torque converter, filter system, E-motors, pumps, brakes, etc as well as constant member of development project for new construction machinery transmissions/axles as representative of purchasing department
