As Senior Data Analyst Embedded & M2M, I help the clients of Deutsche Telekom AG and T-Systems to build custom predictive maintenance solutions to prevent unexpected breakdowns and optimize machine availability. Using data from sensors, event logs and asset management systems, I’m responsible for creating, testing and implementing statistical and ML models to detect anomalies, predict failures or optimize maintenance schedules based on tools from our T-Systems Big Data and IoT infrastructure.

As Senior Data Analyst I was responsible for the successes of several data analytic projects of T-Systems. Most of them are in the area of M2M & IoT focusing on improving and optimizing maintenance by generating predictions of component failures and providing intelligent software for monitoring machine conditions. This involves analyzing large amounts of data from log files and sensors as well as maintenance information inside our T-Systems Big Data infrastructure and creating predictive models.

For the Business Marketplace I'm responsible for running and administrating the BI Infrastructure (Data Warehouse, BI Server, Analytics Platform) that is the primary source for different kind of BMP related reports . My aim is to provide as much information as possible for steering and managing decisions regarding the Business Marketplace. My second big topic is generating insights on customer behavior and app usage, e.g. churn, cross selling, recommendation and other more advanced analytical topics.

Project management and scientific research in the area of ​​data mining and knowledge discovery - key sectors: banking, insurance, real estate and retail.

Working in different industry projects (marketing, insurance, energy) focusing on getting insight with methods from Spatial Data Mining.
