I work on a variety of ERP & Customer related projects in the context of digital transformation. As part of the Project Management Office team, I have supported two (CRM) Data Migrations at a leading telecommunications provider and an international automotive manufacturer. In particular, I have led the Risk Management and Customer Service workstreams in order to prepare for the technical Cut-Over phases. Lastly, I have worked on proposals in the fields of ERP and Customer Experience.
