The purpose of this position is to maximize vessel utilizations and revenue initiatives, understand market and competitive conditions and set rate parameters accordingly, closely monitor Area performance and coordinate / steer necessary actions basis budget targets, coordinate empty repositioning targets with logistics basis available space. Responsible for the service result on the assigned leg of a given service.
Maintain pricing and commercial guidelines based on analysis of global market revenue trends, competitive service offerings and international trade factors. The incumbent in this position applies advanced skills, serving as a resource in the resolution of complex non-routine problems and issues.
