Achievements: -Planned and executed strategic initiatives like the multi-stakeholder Port Transformation Project. -Led accelerated digitization of trade facilitation measures and brought together stakeholders with divergent interests.

Awarded the prestigious German Chancellor Fellowship by the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation on behalf of the German Chancellor’s office. (On leave from Government of India) Achievements: -Initiated an Indo-German Industry 4.0 Platform, with collaboration between industry, academia and government. -Got felicitated by the Honorary Consul General and interacted with Chancellor Angela Merkel. -Delivered the Keynote Address at the German Indian Round Table (GIRT).

Led administration over $100m revenue jurisdiction, with a taxpayer base of more than 15000 corporates - tax administration, trade facilitation, and policy design. Achievements: -Spearheaded launch & implementation of the Goods & Services Tax (GST) – India’s biggest tax reform. -Collaborated with EY & PWC, to design a 'change management program' while supervising organizational revamp and outreach during GST launch. -Awarded the ‘Finance Minister’s Gold Medal’ for leadership & transformation management.

Launched and bootstrapped the startup focused on helping small and medium enterprises (SMEs) grow through digitization. Led team of 15 employees across 2 verticals: -Product Development: created resource-light digitization strategies for SMEs -Business Development: designed Go-to-Market strategy Achievements: -Secured Angel Investment of $25,000 and supported collaborations with incubators (including TiE & T-Hub). -Acquired 12 clients over 18 months, helping them reduce costs by an average of 30%

Worked with C-suite of enterprises in US & South Africa to deliver large-scale projects in Technology & Process Management advisory, incorporating innovative operating models, supply chain optimization, and elaborate digital transformation roadmaps.
