• Scoping and running projects for the development of high-performance products and technology for neuroscience research and neurodiagnostic, with strong alignment against requirements, innovative content, and strict focus on quality. • Management and coordination of scientific projects and applications for European/German-funded projects. • Identifying and implementing quality management related to ISO13485 or ISO9001 as well as change management.

• BrainModes is a start-up developing software solutions to interface smartphones/tablets with wearable neuroheadsets. Our applications combine brain&computer sciences, mobile&wereable technologies and visual&audio design, to facilitate users the access, quantification, monitoring, analysis, training and control of their own mental states. • The project has been awarded a grant from the Federal (German) Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWi, EXIST-Forschungstransfer, call 2015).

• Experimental lead in the group “Brain Modes”. • Combining advanced functional multimodal neuroimaging (ultrafast EEG-fMRI), anatomical connectivity data (DTI), behavioral measurements and computational modeling to understand the interaction between ongoing brain dynamics, perception and learning.

• Member of BION, a Europe-wide interdisciplinary project (European Union call: FP7-ICT-2007-C. Funding: 1,715,126 €), that manufactured nano-scale functional molecular assemblies with adaptive properties ( “artificial brain tissues”). • Computationally replicated and simulated the learning properties of adaptive molecular assemblies, using neural principles, stochastic networks and circuits theory (matlab).
