The job required me to conduct telephonic interviews where I assessed the areas of English language, German language and the IT skills from the field of SQL,Excel,Java and ABAP. I also learned a lot about the behavior of employers with response to the current people market in Slovakia. The experience that I received i something that I value majorly because it shows me how the professional world works in small details.

As Project Manager/Sales Team leader, I had 8 subordinates who sold newspapers via phone. My job was to lead the team, meaning quality coaching, new agent recruiting, problem solving, progress reports, sales reports and shift planning. I was also indirectly involved in the localisation of new corporate clients.

As outbound sales agent for T-Mobile Austria and Tele.Ring, I was responsible for the prolongation of existing customer contracts. The customers were offered either Mobiles, Credit or Half Monthly program fees as motivation to extend their contract.
