Global responsibility for all supply chain activities and strategic procurement, aftersales + lean & process management for the European market. Leading a team of 750 employees with cost responsibility for €500 m. Member of global executive leadership team with reporting line to CEO.

Responsibility for all logistics, inventory planning, and production activities across Europe for the biggest TAKKT portfolio company, supporting 24 multi-channel sales organizations with a cost responsibility of €80 m and leading 200 employees. I reported to the divisional president (TAKKT board).

- Full P&L responsibility for all contract logistics operations in Germany (revenue €80 m), leading 1,500 employees across 15 sites and serving international customers in Healthcare, Retail, Automotive, and Intralogistics. In this role I reported directly to the Managing Director Germany.

- Full P&L responsibility for all contract logistics operations in the region (revenue €50 m) with 500 staff serving customers mainly in FMCG, Retail, Healthcare, Industrial, Automotive (spare parts and production supply) Focus was on development and implementation of tailored customer solutions across diverse industries, leveraging standardized process frameworks and operational excellence.

• Responsible for all Contract Logistics activities in Australia (one of the companies global growth markets) • Development of the team and growth of the business • Implementation of Companies global standards in Lean Management and Continues Improvement . • Achieved to double the number of operating sites within one year with new signed business. Implemented the company's first Australian multisite contract logistics customer. Planned and opened a new company owned multiuser site in Sydney

full P&L responsibility Involved in M&A activities and the companies first company acquisition in Asia Implemented global systems and operational excellence standards and consequently grew the business by >100% per year (with high-tech, retail, manufacturing and health care customers) while turning P&L from loss making to fastest growing profitable unit in APAC Achieved 100% leaders’ retention with special focus and on training and development of the team which grew from 350 to 1200 employees in 3 years

Global responsibility to implement and manage the Implementation methodology and organisation for all contract logistics implementations worldwide. Success was to harmonize and successfully create global standard.

In charge for implementation and manaing large contract logistics businesses (>10Mio Turnover) in the Hamburg area including warehousing, customs and international transportation

Implementation of the companies standardized business process and continues improvement programme in Germany and active development of th programme itself based on the German implementation experiences
