Management of projects and coaching of employees within finance and general management area e.g. introduction of profit center concept and mindset, introduction of standard group wide project management methods, optimization of all processes within contract manufacturing area e.g. transfer process, introduction of group wide top management reporting etc.

Consulting of leading Life Science and Pharmaceutical (Evonic, Merck, Grünenthal, Bayer) companies within international environment (e.g. Romania, Russia, North Africa etc.) and close work with top management. Strong focus on Management Reporting, Financial planning & forecasting, strategy development and strategy processes as well as long list of process optimization within the finance and general management area.
