• Leading complex product realization across automotive, defence and robotics by connecting product architecture, cross-functional decisions and development execution. • Directed product integration from concept and feasibility through prototype maturity and structured handover, aligning technical disciplines, regulatory requirements, external partners and programme constraints.

• Built and led an interdisciplinary product creation organisation spanning engineering, CAS, physical modelling, visualisation, design integration and external partners across eight international vehicle programmes. • Established a Product Creation Operating System that reduced the programme-cost index from 100 to 57.8 (–42.2%) and the core development cycle from 31 to 29 and later 28 weeks (–9.7%), while maintaining on-time delivery and reducing process errors to near zero.

• Built and operationally led a cross-site concept and early-development organisation of approximately 20 FTE across two locations, managing delivery through local team leads. • Directed multiple parallel vehicle programmes and aligned design, engineering and customer interfaces across early architecture, feasibility, technical deliverables and downstream handover.

• Acquired and delivered complex early-phase development and prototype programmes, from early definition and feasibility through technical delivery. • Built and steered project-specific networks of customers, design and engineering partners, and suppliers across multiple development stages. • Held end-to-end commercial and delivery responsibility, integrating scope, technical coordination, resources, timing, quality and handover into reliable programme execution.

• Translated sketches, clay models and design intent into technically robust, development-ready digital geometries for complex OEM vehicle programmes. • Collaborated closely with design, engineering and physical modelling teams during early product-development phases.
