I managed cross-functional teams of 20 people working online, and collaborated with multiple stakeholders to develop and maintain PSD2-based Open Banking API integrations into the Platform; Launched company services in southern EU markets and consolidated company knowledge from scratch about more than 10 EU markets; Overhauled the obsolete legacy source code of core production application, resulting in enhanced performance and better UX, shortening the checkout time by 25% on average.

I led 2 teams as a PO of 5 specialists and collaborated with Marketing, SEO, compliance and C management to test out a new product in the portfolio of Coingate brand. I was promoted within 12 months from a Junior position due to strong performance and organizational impact. By coordinating teamwork to improve the brand review scores on Trustpilot, I helped to reach a score of 4,2 from below 3,0 points in the past (specifically because of the introduction of the new product I was responsible for).

As a part of the account management team, I was responsible for maintenance and management from A to Z of multiple delivery projects on a daily basis. My daily activities were sales, client retaining and issues negotiation; I was managing accounts of Nestle, McDonald's, Ferrero and other corporate clients. During 2 years my personal OKRs were completed to more than 100%, all together with supporting my team members to achieve common goals.
