Contract management: • Managing Main Contract (tailored FIDIC) for 150 mln. funded by World Bank • Monthly closeout of works performed, control over the Customer’s payments • Reporting on project performance to the Customer and HQ Claim management: • Evaluation of subcontractors’ claims, proposals and variation orders • Building up substantiation of the claims to the Customer (EOT, modification) • Leading negotiation on the variation; VO for 100 mln. has been signed

Subcontracts administration: • Monitoring and reporting of subcontractors' performance • Analysis of claims, proposals and variation orders • Drafting and approval of various subcontracts and addendums (supplies, works, services) Procurement administration: • Search for potential suppliers and manufacturers, tracking changes on the local market • RFP preparation, administration of pre-award activities including bids evaluation • Day-to-day liaise with bidders, procurement database administration

Contract management: • Built financial model of the program and projects cash flow, government funds raised • Drafted and signed the Main Contract with Russian Helicopters • Milestones of 2011-2013 successfully delivered Subcontracts administration: • Development of cooperation scheme and procurement budgets • Bid documentation preparation, execution and control of the bid stage • Participation in pre-award and final negotiation
