    • Responsible for direct sales of telecommunication services to businesses in the tri-county area of Miami/Dade, Broward and West Palm Beach; I was also allowed to sell to any of the 25 states within the coverage area. I called the prospective companies by phone and then set up a face-to-face meeting to explain the benefits of using Windstream as their voice and data carrier.

    An avant-garde dot-com company provided e-commerce for cellular services from 13 carriers and 8 DSL providers nationwide. Promoted from an Account Manager in the DSL sales division to a Marketing Specialist for the cellular B2B program, providing ground work research for the CEO/Founder’s pet project. Analyzed web processes and GUI interfaces for the best-of-service features to be implemented for ePhones. Gained intimate knowledge of marketing and web analytics while researching the industry websites.
