As a managing partner at Aprimorha I was responsible for information technology, human resources and finance, with a focus on identifying strategic gaps then designing and implementing digital transformation tools that enabled the company to engage clients, monitor resources, define priorities and track KPIs related to the quality of deliverables. The company tripled its revenue during my time there and I recently sold my shares to my business partner in order to relocate to Luxembourg.

Senior business consultant and project manager responsible for localizing and implementing a new product (Cockpit) plus implementing an already existing automation solution for SAP invoice entry (MIGO and MIRO transactions) for the following customers: Siemens, CEO, Atlas Schindler, Locamerica, Boehringer Ingelheim, ABB, Dupont, Monsanto, Zf, Sonae Sierra and Kraft Foods. From 2010 to 2015 the Brazilian business of the company expanded twentyfold as a result of the product I localized.

Senior SAP Consultant responsible for creating the business blueprint for the SD module and conducting the rollout at the 3 separate business units, leading to their integration.

Senior SAP Consultant responsible for pricing integration at Holcim (construction segment). Also made enhancements to the sales processes and developed new management reports for the EMEA region.

Senior SAP consultant responsible for the merged supply chain business blueprint for the Telefonica Spain and O2 Czech Republic OneSAP project, as well as for engaging the multicultural teams involved.

Acting as SAP MM operations leader, also as logistics consultant for MARS in England, responsible for implementing the global master data record solution to be used in the client global template. Main activities: end users support, template maintenance, preparation of instructional materials and end users training.

Senior SAP consultant in projects at the following corporations: Aço Minas, Natura, Amadeus and Bayer.

As the PMO I led six separate SAP rollouts for Syngenta throughout the LATAM region.

Initially, as part of the sales team, I helped provide information for SAP RFPs. Later, I participated in SAP/3 implementations at the following corporations: Monsanto, DSM, Becton Dickinson, FAG and General Motors.

During two years attended the MBA from ESPM with main focus on Marketing Services.
