Recruited to provide payroll expertise and administration skills to TUPE in-source of approx. 15,000 maintenance employees. Promoted to Team Leader within six months supporting the HR Operations Manager and leading a team of seven. Upon department re-organisation was given the opportunity to utilise my skills in a specialist technical role, providing policy and legislative advice, process improvement and project management expertise.

Non-Payroll Role. Responsible for management of successful studio. Two year agreement with business partner.

Reponsible for the day to day administration of c.1800 employees and c.3500 pensioners as a managed payroll service. As part of the new business team, I also assisted in the TUPE of payrolls from incumbents to the managed payroll service and was directly involved in payroll audit.

Responsible for the payroll function for a sales and marketing agency employing c.150 people across two companies. Also provided a book keeping service for the business.
