Senior executive role based near Zürich reporting into the Head of Finance and Control and Regional CFO with a team of 7. Overall accountability for regional reporting including external reporting to Group Stakeholders and internal reporting to senior management. My role has been to develop sustainable regional governance, compliance and risk management practices. Most recently I have been involved in the acquisition and divestment of the $10.3bn Europe business.

Senior role based in Bucharest reporting to country CFO with 40 direct and indirect reports. Accountability for country accounting, FP&A, reporting, business partnering with the commercial departments, tax and treasury affairs, governance and internal controls effectiveness.

Various mid to senior roles based in Bucharest reporting to country CFO and to country MD, with 50 to 100 direct and indirect reports. Promoted to Finance manager within 5 months from employment. Main accountabilities in relation to managing the country finance departments (accounting, reporting, treasury tax, FP&A) and for a 6 months period managing the entire administration area (finance, HR, IT, legal and administration).
