As a Team Leader of 14+ team member I am responsible for various tasks apart from team management activities. Maintaining different MIS reports like Dashboards, Flash reports, PowerPoint presentation for weekly calls with onshore stakeholders and the perusal of Top management. Engage with stakeholders and Vendors to analyze and showcase the financial statements, and assisting treasury and agencies in forecasting the trade working capital requirements. Ensuring execution of payments to vendor timely.

Telephone Interpreting and Translation of technical documents from Clients. Language Support to Technical Teams. Handled all German Calls and E-Mails and raised service desk tickets for resolutions. Language Support to RDMs, SDMs , RDLs, Senior Managers during essential clients calls with native German. Been a part of Service Improvement Plan Team to improve the process flow. Ensure operational efficiency to achieve KPIs and monitor the New Joiners' work.

As a German Language Expert I am responsible for training New hires and assessing their language skills to ensure quality of work. Daily interaction with delivery companies via calls, mails and also native co-employees to provide the status of the articles. Responsible for managing, coaching and driving the performance of the Customer Service team to achieve KPIs. Worked as part of “Special support Team” meant to deal with escalated cases from Customer.
