• Development of Machine-Learning based analyses to determine the phenotypes of plants recorded with LemnaTec equipment. This includes working with images beyond simple RGB images, e.g., hyperspectral images. • Applying and adapting this analysis algorithm in pilot tests (on customer request and in-house) • Development of software to manage recordings (obtained using LemnaTec equipment), the analysis to be performed and the analysis results.

• Development of an algorithm to analyze RNA-Seq-data to identify optimal therapy options. • Development of a concept and implementation of a system to analyze medical real world evidence data (big-data, 100 000+ patients) for e.g. simulation of clinical trial and patient group identification. • Development of a data flow framework for rapid development and implementation of Machine Learning algorithms. • Development of Machine Learning algorithms to create predictive models for various applications.

• Development and implementation of various algorithm for information extraction in many areas of application, such as patient data analysis, analysis of process data and drug development. • Development of algorithm to improve the signal quality (S/N ratio) for a new generation of an LC-MS device of a client. I implementation this algorithm also into firmware of the device. • Administration of the computer network of about 30 machines including workstations and servers, mainly running Linux.

- Development of drug discovery software based on artificial intelligence algorithms - Application of this software in a couple of projects in a team of physicists, chemists, bio-chemists and computer scientist.

- Development of programs based of artificial intelligence for drug discovery, stock market analysis and material optimization. - Application of the drug discovery software in an in house project in cooperation with the companies lab. - Setup of the computer cluster of about 100 machines.
