Delivered multiple IT projects for leading pharmaceutical companies, focusing on data migration, transformation, and integration between MES and ERP (SAP) systems. Implemented several AVEVA PI projects on AWS, leveraging cloud technologies to improve data accessibility and analysis. Utilized Agile and Waterfall methodologies to manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively. Successfully managed stakeholder expectations and communication, ensuring project alignment with business objectives.

Led the €5.1M Digital Transformation project for all Portuguese Ports (Logistics Single Window), creating a digital ecosystem for value delivery over port and logistic networks. Oversaw the implementation of a new software solution, process harmonization, and a new infrastructure based on microservices, SaaS, virtualization (Docker, Kubernetes), and EFIFAC messaging. Successfully managed a complex project with 3 sub-projects, coordinating cross-functional teams and external vendors.

Implemented the project for all IT infrastructure in a new PTA plant in a 400M€ project with the use of Cisco UCS servers, Cisco LAN, EMC Storage and VMware Vcenter to support all employees and contractors. Implemented VMWare virtualization (Vcenter and VDI), Cisco Unified Communications with collaboration (Cisco Jabber). Implemented SAP Landscape with the modules SD, MM, FI and BW. Implemented the services to support the end user.
