- Talent attraction and management (Recruitment) - Screening talent programs - Implementation and follow-up of talent acquisition strategies and talent policies - Employer branding and retention strategies - Follow-up with hiring managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation

- Creating job descriptions and posting them on different job portals - Sourcing and screening candidates (Internacional Headhunting) - Conducting Skype and face-to-face interviews - Meeting with managers to discuss needs and establishing recruiting requirements - Acting as a point of contact and building influential candidate relationships during the selection process - Developing employer branding and supporting Job Fairs

- Determine customers' human resources services needs and prepare proposals to sell services that address these needs - Contact prospective customers to present information and explain available services - Inform potential applicants about facilities, operations, benefits, and job or career opportunities in organizations - Searching for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria (databases, networking, cold calls, social media) - Prepare and maintain employment records

- Recruitment at national level to all the stores - Responsible for internal training - Support in administrative HR area
