My role as a Senior Business Consultant was to come in and offer strategic support/advice with my Recruitment business knowledge to help CTM continue their growth within the market space. As a Business Consultant I looked at various areas of the business operations to implement more process & help to make it more efficient. This was a Contract role that ran for 6 months.

The main focus areas were: • To grow and expand both the contract & permanent division within Technical Resources, working closely with the Operations Managers. • Overseeing the team leaders to ensure the sales strategies were being implemented. • Keeping relationships with both directors & C-level appointments within our clients to make sure we were providing the best service & the right solutions.

After successfully creating this division for the company from scratch, my main focus areas were: • I was responsible for new business, client development and account management within the Mobile Telecoms Sector • I led a focused resource delivery team who are specialists within this particular sector

The main focus areas were: • Selling Technical Resources recruitment services to potential new customers across the various sectors we recruit within, these being: • Telecoms • Fire & Security • IT • Electrical
