Part of the business unit dedicated to global accounts with the following objectives: - Acquire&develop new clients, manage key accounts in domestic and international markets with a focus on D-A-CH, UK, Northern Europe - Manage international recruitment assignments for middle and top management positions across several industries - Support companies finding the right candidates for their international branches or international markets - Support candidates finding the right Role in the right Company

-Acquire and develop new clients and manage key accounts in domestic and international markets with a focus on DACH, UK and Northern Europe - Manage international recruitment assignments for middle and top management positions across several industries - Support companies finding the right candidates for their international branches or international markets with a taylor made approach and a focus on sales, technical and finance roles

-Develop and train a team of 16 staff member (Ladies RTW, Men's RTW & Accessories) -Define training needs, deal with HR issue and assist recruitment -Driving sales and ensuring maximum profitability -Monitor performance against KPI -Weekly-monthly sales reports to management, propose strategies to grow the business -Identifying opportunities and initiatives -Build a strong and professional relationship with clients -Effectively manage store operations, ensuring consistency and compliance

°Responsible for the performance and development of the team °Determine and monitor objectives and sales targets according to budget on a daily, weekly, monthly basis °Account managment °Delivering a highly proactive, reactive and responsive service and building close and trusted relationships with clients °Motivate the team and acting as their mentor °Training\coaching °Providing feedback to the team members on KPI
