- Glass inventory and warehouse control, internal information flow, material handling and production overall control, monitoring and optimization to improve overall productivity: - Reclamations´ Processes Management, internal and external communication and management; - Communication link between Suppliers, Internal Departments and Clients; - Conducting processes related evaluations including data collection and compilation for daily and/or weekly process yields reports to workers or administration.

- Monitoring processes performance and troubleshooting related issues to improve production methods; - Link between Processes, Production Planning and Production Controlling Departments; - Conducting processes related evaluations including samples making, measurement, data collection, etc. and data entry and compilation for process yields reports; - Continuous processes improvement, monitoring and optimization; - Analyze internal processes to improve overall productivity.

- Management and Technical & Commercial dialogue related to the teaching, training and R&D equipment (Turn Key Projects, Tenders, Direct Sales, etc) with sales representatives or directly with potential customers; - Consultancy works for the development of projects; - Support, assembly, commissioning and service work equipment, installations all over the world and training to laboratory technicians or sales representatives; - Maintenance of the installed equipment.

- Perceive and establish contacts and relationship with potential customers and partners for the company’s products and solutions; - Consultancy works for the development of projects and management of partnerships and collaborations; - Idealising, modelling and development of technical, economical and administrative documents for R&D projects.

- Responsible of technical & economic analysis for construction projects and tendering processes (technical documents, “as built” plans and schemes, etc.); - Manage, supervise and coordinate quality control of works; - Relationship and negotiation with suppliers and subcontractors; - Monitoring of incidences and requests from the several workplaces of the company; - Facility Management - technical management of facilities and energy efficiency.

- Projects Planning & Development financed by European Framework Programmes; - Complete feasibility studies, technical, financial accounting and economic analysis of projects (R&D Projects); - Management of partnerships, development of technical and administrative documentation for R&D projects; - Idealising and modelling of new projects and promoting of those projects after approval.

- Development and analysis of the preventive maintenance in/for the company.

- Development and analysis of Production Control Charts to optimize the Production systems.

- Development and analysis of Production Control Charts to optimize Production systems.

- Technical study, parameters analysis and improvement of EDM process (Electrical Discharge Machining).

- Development and analysis of Production Times Charts for Process monitoring and improvement.
