- Conceptual detail design of machine equipment using Solidworks with PDM and Autodesk Inventor Designing tools.- Designed Automation machines for Automobile Industries (BMW), Pharma Industries and Renewable Energy Industries.- Coordination with the production of prototypes- Preparation of bill of materials (BOM) and technical documentation.

 Development and Design of High-quality Cargo Bikes.  Assistance in Design using Catia V5, Quality management, Assembly and coordination of technical details in product series.  Support in internal development of products as well as in project management and Office management.

 Onboard Diagnosis of overall vehicle and Engine Services.  Took part in workshop on Twin Power Turbo Technology, Brake energy regeneration technology, Common rail injection technology.  Assembling and disassembling of Vehicle parts.

 Worked on different types of Internal Combustion Engines, Spark Ignition and Compression Ignition Engines- valve timing, Heat release.  Worked with Common Rail Direct Injection Technology(CRDI).  Service Lubrication and Cooling Systems.  Operation and Servicing of Hydraulic Brake Systems.
