I am in charge of design and development of hybrid cover and segmented covers of Optical Platform. Duties and responsibilities; - Creating concepts and technical designs based on project demands and milling & machining process requirements - Preparing 3D models and 2D drawings using Siemens NX, - Product Data Management using Teamcenter - Creating and Updating technical product documentation (TPDs) - Following through the change process for designs & re-design - Performing FEM analysis via Simcenter

I worked at Tofaş (Turkish J.V. of Stellantis - FCA) as a Lead Project Engineer in Body Closures department. I was in charge of door opening and closing systems such as external handles and door locks. I also worked on other closures components such as hinges, sealings, structural parts and even on BIW components and front & rear bumpers. Many of them were global projects of other FCA plants.
