• Design and development of the metal and plastic components in 3D CAD with SolidWorks (Sheets, Molds, Drawings of Parts and Assemblies) • stress and load analysis (FEM) • Design optimization for easy assembly and cost-effective production • Prototype manufacturing, testing and developing them using DFM methods • Creating BOMs, meeting with the suppliers and assisting the procurement department in selecting them • Carrying the technical changes out and initiating the necessary steps such as TA meetings

• Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance and also preventive maintenance • Prompting the notification of the spare part requirements • Arrangements for handling operations and long-term storage • Checking, repairing and servicing machinery, equipment, systems and infrastructures • Controlling the quality of machine, equipment or plant maintenance operations • Co-ordination of maintenance personnel, work permits and the third parties

Preparation of the piping plans and isometrics • Stress and strain analysis of the pipeline and supports • Preparation of BOMs and inventory lists on-site • Contacting and investigating the suppliers and vendors • Collaboration with other engineering and technical departments • Conducting the installation and commissioning tasks
