Working as a Technical lead and performed various design optimizations for different systems such as Hub, Nacelle in a wind turbine company. As a Technical Lead my duties involved completion of projects on time. Frequent communication with the Project managers & creating necessary documentation required is also part of my deliverables. Daily job include analyzing filed failures for Hub and Nacelle component performing root cause analysis RCA and narrowing down the root cause and help execute improvement actions such as design changes etc .
