In my role as a Manager, I was responsible for the development and growth of the new eCommerce and Start Ups Division. Our team focused on business technology recruitment ranging from mid-level to C-suite. I was also responsible for the interviewing, on boarding, mentoring and management of new and current staff within the eCommerce Division.
