Developing quality assurance manuals of clinical and non-clinical departments in accordance with the accreditation agencies. Identifying key indicators for the clinical and non-clinical structure, process and outcomes. Develop / adopt auditing tools. Perform gap analysis and preparing gap analysis report. Implement the hospital quality accreditation agencies recommendations in coordination with the quality program, monitoring for the expected improvements.

Handling administrative matters in Hospital, supervising and managing day to day operations, business analysis of operation-functional groups through operational MIS preparation Overseeing operation & set-up of robust work flow for departments to foster delivery of quality care; ensuring continuous process improvement
