In charge of the Mexican program. • Engineering Change Coordinator. • Validation intermediate between Germany and Mexico (Safety and functional tests): • Derogation request to customer, creation and follow up. • Business plan knowledge and review, risk and opportunity highlight, mainly on ECRs. • General communication between production team in Mexico and R&D team in Germany.

• Ensure the correct logistic implementation of new programs respecting milestones. • Support program management with logistic costs previsions and “make or buy” analysis. • Definition of plant needs: Logistic manpower (direct and indirect), surfaces, equipment, storage… • Clear identification of critical parts and suppliers; follow up to ensure successful ramp-up. • Definitions of inbound flow and outbound flows. • Handling of program to the plant team after start of production.

• Following the complete production of prototypes for a Daimler program. • Control of inventory and purchasing of needed parts for prototypes. • Shipment and custom documents organization.
