Responsibilities • Support of Administrative duties and Processes in Project and Portfolio Management for Network Projects. (Weekly-Reports, Process Optimization, Data Quality management,..) • Creation of new Portfolios, based on a MS Access Database (PINT), in an Oracle Database with an IBM Workflow Client. (CHARM) • Implementation of VBA Macros for the Reporting of Projects.

Title   SON/RR M Mobility Load Balancing in LTE Networks Responsibilities • Research on Mobility Load Balancing a functionality of Self-Organizing Networks (SON) in the area of Radio Resource Management (RRM) for LTE Networks. • Implementation of an Algorithm for Mobility Load Balancing in C++ based on the standards of 3GPP Release 9. • Testing of performance enhancements from KPIs with an LTE System Level Simulator (AMoRE). • Post-Processing and Analysis of the retrieved data with Matlab.

Subject: Realism and Modeling enhancements for a LTE system level radio simulator. Responsibilities: • Design of an Algorithm for a Mobility Model based on OpenStreetMap for a 3-D LTE System Level Demonstrator for NSN • Improvement of the Realism of the Demonstrator that increased the accuracy of the performance analysis of eNodeB Locations in different cities. • Creation and Integration of 3D Models to improve the realism of the Graphical User Interface (GUI).
