Concept development of an expatriate management as part of the human resources development department at the ebm-papst group The importance of international assignments is steadily increasing. Thus, multinational organisations are required to manage global mobility by ensuring equal treatment and compliance of relevant laws and regulations. By analyzing the current position and market trends, a concept for implementing a global expat policy and expatriate management at ebm-papst was derived.
