Architecting Telecom Security organization by defining required functions, processes and roles. Recruitment and team building. Development of target security architecture and security strategy roadmap. Technical reference point for telecom network security matters.

Developing team skills and department capabilities in the fields of access and core network security, VAS/IN, compliance and risk management. Developing Design Practice Guidelines. Developing telecom network security budget and security action plans. Threats identification, risk assessment and gap analysis. Proposing technical and organizational solutions to overcome identified risks and gaps. Main projects: Anti-DDoS, Data Retention, Outbound Spam, DNS Security, GRX/IPX security
