Samina Dahlberg

Working as a care assitant at an elderly home entailed aiding the residents in their daily rutines, administing their medicines and engaging with them in social acitivites. Working as a care assistance, I was able to improtve my skills of working in a group as well as increasingly taking on personal responsabilites. As such, I belive that it fostered indidvual decisionmaking skills, as well as skills of working as part of a larger group, always prioritising the wellbeing of the residances.
