I work as a German language specialist in a manufacturing firm, Basically my position describes as a customer service specialist, where I handle the customer queries for the EMEA region and specially the customer based out of Germany.

I was working as a German language specialist, my job roll included investigating the cases logged in the system in order to remove the credit risk from a certain transactions and orders placed by customer on the platform with the help of tools provided and trained on. It involved lot of interaction with the customer based out of Germany as in to confirm the transactions with the same.
